Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open

This week Lee plays at the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open. He won the title at Loch Lomond in 1998 and finished T19th last year.

He has tee times of 8.10 from the 10th on Thursday and 13.10 from the 1st on Friday with Robert Macintyre and Collin Morikawa.

Lee finished the 1st round in T2nd place on 6-under par (bogey-free!). In the second round, Lee didn't seem to make any headway. He made two birdies at 6 and 7 and two bogeys at 10 and 11. Until the 16th which he made eagle and birdied the following two holes. He was 4-under for his round and 10-under for the tournament, in T4th place.

He teed off at 12.12 with Matt Fitzpatrick and George Coetzee. Lee began the day with 4 birdies then double bogeyed 11 and 13, to finish on par for the round. He remains at 10-under par in T8th place.

Lee made a birdie at the 3rd and then a double bogey at 7 followed by a bogey at 8. He managed to get a shot back at 11 but he could do no more. He finished on 9 -under in T35th place.

There was a three way tie for lead, Fitzpatrick, Detry and  Min Woo Lee on -18 under par and in the playoff Lee won the title.
