August 2015

Lee travelled to Whistling Straits for the PGA Championship on Sunday. He finished in T15th place last year at Valhalla. His best finish was T3rd in 2009.

He plays the first two rounds with Hunter Mahan and Ernie Els with a Thursday tee-time of 7.55 and 1.10 on Friday (central time).

He was T39th, carding a first round 72 (even), while Dustin Johnson leads on 6-under.

Lee had completed the 15th hole and was 1-under par, when play was suspended for the day due to bad weather. Completing his round on Saturday, he carded another 72.

He played the third round with Francesco Molinari, in searing heat.  With three birdies, a bogey and a double bogey on the outward nine, Lee was level for the day at halfway. By the 16th he was 4-under par, but bogeys at the last two  holes saw him finish on 2-under and in T44th place.

Lee played the fourth round with Chesson Hadley with a 10 am tee-time. He carded a final round 72, finishing in T43rd place on 2-under par (286) and earning $30,000.

Jason Day won the title on 20-under par
