Nedbank Golf Challenge earns Lee a top ten finish

Lee handed back the trophy to Gary Player, prior to the opening of the Nedbank Golf Challenge at Gary Player CC in |Sun City, South Africa. He won the Nedbank Golf Challenge in 2010 and 2011 when it was part of the Sunshine Tour.

Lee played the first round alongside Bernd Wiesberger and Matthew Fitzpatrrick at 10.50 from the 1st ending the day T4th on 4-under par,with Louis Ooisthuizan leading on 9-under.

He had a 10.35 tee-time on Friday with Ernie Els and  Zander Lombard, but dropped to T16th and 3 under par (73). He had a 9.14 start with Alex Noren and Joost Luiten on Saturday, carding six birdies and 3 bogeys (69). Six under on the leaderboard sees him tying for 6th place, 5 strokes adrift of leader, Zander Lombard.

Oliver Wilson, Marcus Kinhult and Lee have a 9.39 tee-time for the final round. Lee was 1-under for the day (71) and his 7-under par earned him T6th place with Louis Oosthuizen.

Winner, from a play-off was Tommy Fleetwood on 12-under par.
